[Feature Request]: Ability to hide action buttons

Describe what you are trying to accomplish and why in non technical terms I want to be able to hide the action buttons from the notifications as I don't use them, I just tap the notification to bring me to Home Assistant app.

Describe the solution you'd like A toggle to hide the buttons in the Blueprint would be great!

Describe alternatives you've considered I've considering not using the blueprint
