[Feature Request]: HTML5 Push Notification support

Describe what you are trying to accomplish and why in non technical terms I want to be able to be notified in the browser. It would be nice to have the blueprint's granular options for Mobile and AndroidTV devices with the browser.

Describe the solution you'd like Support HTML5 Push Notifications. The notification will have a notification title and message and attach an image of the object detected.
