Support silent/console-less launching.

An option to have reloaded do it's magic silently with no console or anything would be a worthwhile addition, I think you said that this was already planned but I figured I'd put it down here anyway.

Problem

A regular user is not interested in logging/debugging information written to the console; a way to start Reloaded without the pesky console would be nice for normal end-users.

Will be available in "Reloaded 3".
