[BUG] Personal Emotes are not displayed in the list of emotions in twitch chat

Current Behavior

After purchasing a subscription, the Personal Emotes set appeared in your 7tv account. but after adding emotes to a personal set, these emotes are not available for use in twitch chat

Expected Behavior

Personal Emotes available for use in twitch chat

Steps To Reproduce

1. Purchase subscription
2. Add emotes to Personal Emotes set
3. Go to the twitch
4. Open 7tv chat popup
