24 hour timestamps after midnight

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Current Behavior

With 24 hour time stamps enabled, between 00:00:00 and 00:59:59 the time stamps show 24:00:00 up to 24:59:59. I also have FFZ installed which previously handled time formats just fine.

Expected Behavior

Expected time after midnight to be displayed as 00:00:00 to 00:59:59.

Steps To Reproduce

Installed 7TV with FFZ also installed for Twitch chat.
