[REQUEST] Allow to see highlighted message even if it is scrolled past chat history

Feature Description

I have set a word highlight, It shows highlighted word in tab which is not focused. But, i come back after few minutes to the tab, the message is no longer in chat history because chat scrolled past the set limit of messages to show and cannot even find who sent the message with that word in it.

Having message showing in tab title will keep flashing and showing message so we can read it even if message is scrolled past in chat and history is unavailable.

Or there could be a separate panel like mod logs button so we can see what the message was and perhaps reply to it if later in time.

Pinning them like Bttv and FFZ (through FFZ Enhancing addon) is also an option.
