[BUG] Animated AVIF emote upload does nothing on new site, but works on old site

Current Behavior

When trying to upload an animated emote in AVIF format via the new site https://7tv.app, nothing happens—the emote is not uploaded and there is no error message. However, uploading the same AVIF emote via the old site https://old.7tv.app works perfectly.

Expected Behavior

Uploading an animated AVIF emote via the new site should work the same as on the old site: the emote should be uploaded and processed without issues.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to https://7tv.app
2. Try to upload an animated emote in AVIF format
3. Observe that nothing happens (no upload, no error)
4. Go to https://old.7tv.app
5. Upload the same AVIF emote
6. Observe that the upload works as expected
