[BUG] chat history doesnt load after stream page refresh

Is there an existing issue for this?

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

it works fine on chrome with 7tv disabled the issue is gone... but so is 7tv disabled every addon, didnt help maybe there's something wrong with my 7tv settings or something? idk at this point

Expected Behavior

to always load chat history

I have the same issue. A workaround is to click on the twitch homepage icon, and then click on the streamer icon from the sidebar.
