So I never really looked into this... but I think a solution might be to just use the [D58 colors](http://vendian.org/mncharity/dir3/blackbody/UnstableURLs/bbr_color_D58.html) for reflected starlight instead of the D65 colors.

Another thing that could be done is setting all colors for 0-700 K (below the [Draper point](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draper_point)) to black, in both the D65 and D58 color tables.
Yes, I was following the existing D65 color table, which uses the 1000K color for 100-900K. If this was changed it would be in both tables.
