It's up and running but not picking up voice

I have installed it properly but it's not picking up voice from youtube videos and getting this message on console:

i was try other free key and got a Unrecognized file format. Supported formats: ['flac', 'm4a', 'mp3', 'mp4', 'mpeg', 'mpga', 'oga', 'ogg', 'wav', 'webm']

Does above issue solved ? . I have tried with many new account and there api keys. It still showing the same.
