What change is being made?

Add AgentLab Server and Controller for managing and debugging agents. The PR also include updates to documentation, dependencies, and configurations.

Why are these changes being made?

These changes enhance the project's debugging and control capabilities by introducing a new server and controller setup, improving usability through a Streamlit interface, and supporting Azure-specific configurations, thus enabling a seamless integration and interaction with agents in diverse environments.

• [ ] improve reset mechanism, make sure it works with miniwob, webarena
