As there has been no interactions with the account since this time I'm going to ask GitHub about closing it after giving you time to check in again. Thanks for your consideration.

Asking GitHub seems to be harder than I thought, see https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/23164#discussioncomment-9017947 where there are good ideas to tackle this issue. It's as easy as a watchdog timer and we know it from several services but for some reason it hasn't been enacted yet for this use case.

I've nonetheless sent them a request: #3353432.
