Problem with UnityFS 5.x.x 2019.4.15f1

problem when opening assetbundle 2019.4.15f1 its title looks so different, is there any way to open this file image image

I don't know what to make of this file, a part of the header looks like it's been replaced by randomness / encrypted? It also has the flag 0x200 set in the header, which I'm not sure about.
There is a possibility that this is intended by the game developers, or this is some new quirk.
