Talk integration error: check logs (v2.0.7) - no contribution key

Open pongraczi opened this issue 1 year ago • 3 comments

Hi,
Thank you for your efforts and this app, seems very useful!

Description

As I evaluate the app, I found that, when the appointment confirmed, the Talk room is not created, but I got the Talk integration error message in the confirmation email (as the organizer, not the client).
Like this:

Appointment confirmed

  • 2024. május 2., csütörtök, 9:00 közép-európai nyári idő
  • Tester Client
  • +3620123456789
  • [email protected]
  • Talk integration error: check logs

Expected result

Instead of the Talk integration error, a link to the created Talk should appear both emails.

Versions

NC version: 28.0.3
App version: 2.0.7
Talk version: 18.0.7

Steps to reproduce

  • Configure a public appointment page
  • Visit in incognito mode, request an appointment as a client
  • Click on Confirm inside the confirmation email
  • Calendar entry appears, confirmation emails sent (to client and organizer)
  • Organizer (NC user) found the Talk integration error in his email
  • Unfortunately there is no log, due to that, this is a hosted NC at Hetzner

I can not replicate this. Can you send me ( sergey [at] srgdev.com ) the settings dump: Appointments Settings > Advanced > Debugging > Settings Dump

I would love to do it, but I can't find the mentioned settings path:

  • the app has no Settings menü, except for every page settings
  • under Administrator settings, there is no Appointments Settings
  • neither under Personal settings

Sorry, I have no idea, where is the Appointments Settings

It is a shared-storage hosted NC at Hetzner.
