Appointment Fields Greyed Out

Good day I am running the Appointment app (version 1.15.2) on Nextcloud 27.0.1 and as of late, I am experiencing the following issue:

  1. Appointments cannot be made because fields are greyed out or inactive.

Any idea what might cause this?

Can you send me(sergey [at] srgdev.com) the settings dump settings > advanced settings > debugging > settings dump so I can try to replicate this.
