Link the form to multiple calendars ?
Hello there,
Thank you for such a great app in Nextcloud. We're using it everyday here at IndieHosters. (And so we donated recently to support the project).
At moment, we're 3 people here having different available moment. When someone asks us to meet, each of us send his/her own appointment link. But actually, if the person asking to meet would chose another moment from our colleague, it would be fine for us. In the end, it makes more available moments for the person to choose from.
A way would be to send over 3 links to each of our calendar. But that's not really user friendly, we're not going to do this.
So I was wondering if there was somehow a way we could do that?
We thought about having a shared calendar together, but the problem is we don't see who's in charge of this or that moment. I might be hard for us to follow as we might not be sure about who set this moment free for example.
It's not very easy to describe here a full feature without talking, sorry in advance if it needs more clarity. Feel free to tell me how I can help to make it easier to understand.
wouldn't it be easier to mark the appointment in the shared calender with a signum or set yourself as subscriber?

I'm not sure to understand your point I'm afraid. How would you do that?
I am not sure if this is what you want but maybe using "Weekly Template" mode with shared calendars conflict checking would work.
Example:
-
Mr. Xwill setup a weekly template -
Mr. Xwill share the destination calendar withMr. YandMr. Zso they can see when someone has booked an appointment. -
Mr. YandMr. Zwill share (in read-only mode) their calendars withMr. Xfor conflict checking -
Mr. Xwill add his calendars and calendars fromMr. YandMr. Zto conflict checking section - Now the only time-slots available for booking will be when all
Mr. X,Mr. YandMr. Zare free
I hope it helps, if it does not, let me know.
