Visual Artifacts when LOD enabled

When a bunch of NPCs are gathered in one place like a plaza their clothes get stretchy. Occasional crash occurs too. Only LOD is enabled downloadfile(14)

Playing on Linux/Steam Deck with default proton "WINEDLLOVERRIDES="dinput8=n,b" %command%" launch arg.
