The INDI attribute NATI is intended to cover this (from GEDCOM):

The person's division of national origin or other folk, house, kindred, lineage, or tribal interest.

When in doubt you can always add a FACT of your own, e.g.

1 NAME Bran /Stark/
1 FACT House of Stark
0 @I2@ INDI
1 NAME Trevor /Lannister/
1 FACT House of Lannister
