Ports: Add xmp (Extended Module Player)

This is a neat command-line application that can play pretty much all tracker modules out there. Some applications (and games) also use the library, which could be a bonus.

I've modelled the core player routine after the one in our SDL2 port, as I don't think ~100 lines of code are worth the dependency on it.
