Kernel: Add FAT32 write support and some bugfixes

After a long while I finally got around to implementing write support. Along the way I also found and fixed some bugs.

Sorry for abandoning this PR, wanted to get back to it earlier, but I saw that the FAT12/16 PR was going to get merged which would break this PR anyways. I will redo some parts, address the reviews of this and reopen this later.
