TextEditor: Allow toggling the find/replace widget from the UI

Allow the user to hide the find/replace widget from the UI or Ctrl+F hotkey. Previously the user was only able to hide this widget using the 'Esc' key, this was unclear and inconsistent with the Find functionality in HackStudio.
