Should not open start menu after you reposition an application

Also, slight issue clarification: "Logo" is usually called the "Meta" key, e.g. Windows or Apple key.

Hello, Im willing to work on this issue. By applets did you mean the icons in the desktop ?

This is still an "issue". However, I'm not sure if this qualifies as a bug. On KDE, pressing the Meta key while dragging an app doesn't result in the application launcher opening. I'll check out what the behavior is on Windows 10.
