Furthered vanilla parity for some commands.

• Added MCIdentifier class for formatting and parsing IDs from and to displayable strings.
• Modified functionality and messages in all existing commands to better parity vanilla commands.

This was a disaster + nightmare of reversions, but in the end it was fixed, mainly thanks to Felipo. I'll make sure to do it right next time.
