Running wp-db-cleanup can take a while

Description Cleanup feature on database page executes command wp-db-cleanup. However, when not run with --dry-run the execution can take rather long as cleanup runs first wp-backup. I think Seravo Plugin should notify about this as it does for example when changing PHP version or running PHP compatibility check.
