Report storage usage over time

There was a user request to get detailed information on the storage use monthly over the course of the last year. The request was made so that the user could determine issues regarding their site in order to fix them. This could be shown to the user for example by combining the how the monthly HTTP-requests and Disk Usage -features currently operate.

We can implement this in the Seravo Plugin once there is a API/source for the data.
