Feature Request: Add support for Todo.txt

It's possible add support for Todo.txt?

Currently, there is an extension for this, but it only works in preview mode. https://discourse.joplinapp.org/t/plugin-metis-todo-txt-based-task-manager/22218

This feature is quite complex and difficult to support at the current stage. It involves not only the rendering capability of todo blocks but also the consideration of how to add new todo tasks in a more intuitive way. If it's just about directly rendering todo blocks, it would be relatively simple, but the user experience may not be very good.

For a first moment, I imagined just a rendering and perhaps marking it as finished, as is already the case with tasks in markdown, as below.
