Minor doc issues in ENglish FAQ and Manual

1. FAQ entry "1.7. Want to start synchronizing only in certain places (such as home)" content is in FRench.
2. https://sentaroh.github.io/Documents/SMBSync2/SMBSync2_Desc_EN.htm#_Toc70733632 has minor typo, today it is, "Mater/Target" it should be, "Master/Target"

I can't locate the source for:
