Ethernet connection at startup

Hello. I realized your project but often, at startup, the connection is done with wifi, even the ethernet cable is connected. I have to off and on the power supply, one or twice of the W32-ETH01 (not on the GNSS module to keep the PPS on) to be connected to the Ethernet. Do you know why ? Best regards.
