Deep link from content type to content templates

Add a button/link to the content type view that leads directly to the templates of that type. The link should look like this for the Employee content type:

/contenttemplates/explorer/?path=%2FEmployee

If there is no template folder (/Root/ContentTemplates/Employee), the button/link should be disabled!.
