Recent folders in reference picker shortcut panel

When I open the reference picker, I'd like to see a few of the recently opened folders on the left panel.

• how many? Max 3.
• when do we add a path to the list? When I pick something --> add the parent
• filter duplications from the path list
• how long does a folder remain in the list? No need to remove, only overwrite when a new comes in.
