[Bug] External client does not work in a snaas repository from a .net client

Internal client - for the built in admin user - works, but when trying to connect to the repo using an external client - for the public admin user - it cannot connect.

Error during requesting client credentials from authority

Could not reproduce this, try it after raising version numbers and updating internal snaas repos.
