Overview of multiple repo dashboards

I as an sn admin want to see an overview of the dashboards of multiple snaas repositories.

• list of dashboard cards on one page
• sort by: registration date desc, only active

Where do we put this?

A separate app for internal sensenet administrators.

Reasons:

• keep admin ui simple, without ifs
• admin ui is for many different users, even for standalone local installs
• this is where we want to collect all the admin features in the future
