Dashboard: No commits are shown

On staging and production, our dashboard does not show the latest commits and the committer. I see no requests to the GitHub API in the network logs.

It's because of the GitHub token I think. We need to use someone's personal token for it to work

Why aren't we able to stay within the throttle-limits of the API? We have Redis, why isn't our cache dealing with this?

I'm not keen to put anyone's personal access token on these boxes, because they are basically passwords to your account.

Also, yes, let's remove the Satellite cards. I'll file an issue
