Make YouTube banner appear when any YouTube video is linked

What would you like to be added: I want the YouTube banner (added in #3282) to appear when there is a youtube video link in the post. Right now, the banner only appears when it is a YouTube video post only.

Why would you like this to be added: I would like to add this because it is somewhat confusing for the user to see the YouTube banner on certain posts.

In the case we have to, we can redesign the banner if it needs to show information for several linked YouTube videos, just like how the GitHub banner does.
