Research for `Beta` features to help us ship faster

Why would you like this to be added: Like @humphd mentioned during the meeting on how big companies would have a feature that have not been fully deployed be available in production as a beta version. Having this on telescope might be a big thing for us

There are lots of existing solutions for this for next.js, React, node.js, etc.

It's ok to close this. @chrispinkney and I worked on this and have something almost ready, but since telescope doesn't have any use cases that require feature flags at the moment, we kind of slowed down development. We can reopen this in the future.

OK, thanks to you both for starting this. It's something that would have been cool if we did early on in Telescope.
