Fix typo preventing L3E processor to run correctly

congrats for this wonderful project and thanks for making it publicly available. While using the processors in single mode, I noticed a strange failure in the pheno_processing.py script. I think it might be related to a typo, therefore I am submitting a pull request you can evaluate.
