Output product tree does not match content of user manual

On the S2Agri VM, production tree does not match what is described into the user manual (paragraph 4.2.6 into http://www.esa-sen2agri.org/wp-content/uploads/resources/technical-documents/Sen2-Agri-Software-User-Manual-2.4.pdf).

For example on the Madagascar site, we have a production tree like:

madagascar/ ├── l3a ├── l3b_lai ├── l3c_reproc ├── l3d_fitted ├── l4a └── l4b

but the user manual says we should have:

madagascar/ ├── l3a ├── l3b ├── l3c ├── l3d ├── l4a └── l4b
