Autotip creates config files in mods directory, not config directory.

Expectation: The autotip mod should create the autotip folder and everything inside it in the .minecraft/config directory. What actually happens: The files are created in the .minecraft/mods directory.

Some sort of migration should be added when this is fixed, so people don't lose their stats / configs because it suddenly starts checking a different directory.
