Pending/confirmed tx

Sometimes I notice a new tx gets confirmed but on the next sync it is pending again. Either it is a flaw in Romeo or Field returns all of a sudden a pending result on next sync (but that would be weird because Field should always and only return results from synced nodes with latest milestone).
