Confirmed transactions do not spread from the Tangle to my node

Expected behaviour

Balance should be updated once a transaction is confirmed.

Actual behaviour

Address balance is 0 on my node whereas address balance is 1 on bitfinex node.

Steps to reproduce

• Launch your node
• Send a iota to an address
• Once the transaction is confirmed, compare the balance of the adress using bitfinex node and on yours

It has been more than 24 hours since my transaction was confirmed.
