Tree format: Add show root parameter

Issue

While the tree format has a root parameter there is no way to hide the root and only show its children, which would be desirable when using the current page as the root (|root={{FULLPAGENAME}}) because then the first list level is redundant.

Proposed syntax: |show root=no (default yes)
