Google bar and Google pie formats: Remove from SRF

Issue

The static Google Image Charts API was deprecated in 2012. Google suggests to migrate to Google Charts.

Is it worth to migrate or should these formats be removed with the upcoming SRF 3.0.0 release?

Since I do not expect anybody to come forward with picking up this task I tend to opt for the removal. However I would like to send a final call to the developers mailing list prior to doing this. One never knows.

I believe this one should be re-labelled "Remove Google formats". They are still using the deprecated APIs.
