Earliest/Latest: Allow formatting of the output

Currently if on retrieves dates with the above formats one gets something like 2 Januar 2015 etc. The display options #MEDIAWIKI and #ISO to format the output are ignored. In case the wiki does not run as an English language instance it is not easy though indeed possible to work around and reformat the output as required using a combination of several parser functions. Thus support for the display options will be a nice enhancement.

Example:

will still output "2 Januar 2015" instead of "2015-01-02"

I still think that this would make things easier. Created a live example. In the meantime we also have the #-F and #LOCL options which will be nice to support too.
