DropdownMenu is not accessible

Bug Report

Steps

Create a Menu with a simple MenuItem and a Dropdown with a DropdownMenu and some DropdownItem-Elements. Use Keyboard to navigate to the Dropdown and try to navigate within the DropdownMenu by using just the keyboard

Expected Result

Keyboard navigation works

Actual Result

You cannot navigate with a keyboard💣
