Progress component > decimal percent not displayed properly

Bug Report

When using a decimal percent that is quite low (< 3%, ex: 1.1%) the percent is cropped in the progress bar.

Different solutions are possible:

• display percentage outside the progress bar
• fix percentage position inside the bar
