Dropdown accessibility issue with screen readers

This is still a valid issue, I wonder why this was closed: https://github.com/Semantic-Org/Semantic-UI-React/issues/1834

NVDA screen reader won't read Dropdown menu items when keyboard is used.

I have made a workaround / hack to fix this issue: https://gist.github.com/jutunen/d8c3948656f449cdb1da8addaac0c766

IMO that hack can't be directly converted to a pull request.
