@terrancesnyder thank you for providing this fix. I believe changes should be requested to the Semantic-UI repository, this one is automatically deployed.

The (css) options is specific to less, not css. So it should be provided by semantic-ui-less ?

Changing to any theme that uses @import url(...) is broken until this is merged.
