[BUG] Dashmachine fails to start / constantly in a state of restarting

Close this - it's an ARM architecture issue.

Describe the bug Dashmachine is in a constant state of restarting after deployment. Kill and Start does not rectify the issue. Occasionally the container looks as though it has started properly, but will fail within ~10 seconds.

To Reproduce

1. Begin with a fresh install of OMV / OMV-Extras
2. Install Docker + Portainer + Yacht using OMV-Extras interface.
3. Open Yacht, log in with [email protected].
4. Add new template, use the SelfHostedPro .json file url.
5. View Templates
6. View Dashmachine
7. Deploy using defaults settings, except change name to Dash_WebUI to ensure we can identify what WebUI we are looking for later.
8. View Applications - observe constant state of restarting (20 minutes + here on clean RPI4 install with near 0% resource utilisation.

Portainer Logs Unable to identify log location
