"Uncaught Exception: Cannot find module"

I ran the update that appeared within the app and after upgrading, got this error:

The app no longer works. Will it work to manually installed an earlier version?

Hi @sondreb , Thanks for reporting this. Can you please try something:

  • Completely delete the following folders:
    • c:\Users\sondr\AppData\Local\Programs\selfkey-identity-wallet
    • c:\Users\sondr\AppData\Local\selfkey-identity-wallet-updater
  • After deleting those folders, please download and install the latest version at https://selfkey.org/download/

@sondreb backup your keys first.

They should be in c:\Users\sondr\AppData\Roaming\Selfkey Identity Wallet\wallets

Thanks for the comments, I will attempt to take backup and wipe folders at a later time. I did download the previous version and installed it over the latest, and it ran without problems.
