Please add sample python code for BiDi APIs Register Basic Auth and Network Interception.

I believe the Python bindings need to make some changes to have this working. I will leave this open until we are able to offer this.

we have some limitations right now that I need to sit down and figure out, mostly async limitations that get in the way of alot of this stuff (network interception et al). Will investigate it after vacation and see if I can put together what needs to be done to get it working but it's non trivial and likely a substancial amount of work but definitely something we need to prioritise as it will enable alot of modern improvements for python users and remove some of the limitations
